MS Works 7.0 calendar data file recovery?
I need my works 7.0 calendar data file from a hard drive that was in a computer that died so I can import it into a computer that is running. An internet search reveled I should look for a file called mswkscal.wcd . When I search for the file on the hard drive, I get no results. Does anyone know the file name or at least the extension of the works 7.0 calender data file. Thank you.

I want to be able to recover files that have been lost either through deletion of through loss caused by an unknown action. I want to be able to recover files deleted in a normal fashion probably through accident but not files that have been wiped with some multipass, random patterning writer.If it is available as freeware, fine. However, I am prepared to buy good shareware or a commercial package so long as it is not too expensive hey, we all have periods of being poor .I am seeking opinions of people who have tried or used various packages and hearing what the consensus is the best or cheapest and worst for that matter .
